Hunger has no law and Would you kill your wife, for a fig ?”Her husband came down from the tree and picked up his spear. He demanded the big fig then his wife told that she had eaten it. The man became furious and stabbed her. The elder boy picked up his little brother and put him on his back. The baby Katubi looked behind him at his dead mother and began to cry. His brother then sang, “How can I silence Katubi{Meaning truth-teller]The father asked what he was saying .”It’s only baby crying “he said.
