There lived a lion in a jungle who wandered here and there in search of prey. One day he was searching for food. It was sunset, but he couldn’t find any animal.

He was tired; suddenly he saw a big cave deep inside the jungle. Thinking of a nice place to stay, he decided to spend the night there. He also thought that there must be some animal living in this cave and when it would come back, I will get my food. Soon, it turned night. The cave belonged to a jackal who went outside in search of food during the daytime. When he arrived near his cave, he saw the footprints of a lion going inside but not coming out.

The Jackel understood that something is fishy and thought of a plan. He came in front of the cave and shouted “Hey cave, can I come inside you?” For some moment he waited in silence and asked “Hey cave I think you have forgotten me, without your confirmation, I wouldn’t come inside you. The lion heard everything, and he thought “I must reply on behalf of the cave as it is not replying.”
The lion replied from inside the cave “Hello, you can enter into the cave. It’s safe and warm here.”

The jackal got the confirmation that the lion was waiting inside the cave for him and if he enters there, he wouldn’t be spared. Jackal ran as fast as he can from there and saved his life.
Moral of the story- Use your wisdom to save your life.
